Shipping and Delivery

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. The sooner you contact us the better as it takes up to 3 working days to print an order and there could be time to cancel the order before it is printed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. We issue a returns slip with every order so this can be used if needed.

Can I alter my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. The sooner you contact us the better as it takes up to 3 working days to print an order and there could be time to alter the order before it is printed.

When will my order arrive?

At Nerdiverse, we operate as a print-on-demand buisiness, meaning each design is printed and then transferred to each product every time. As a small business, we estimate that each order will be processed and ready to ship up to 3 business days after the order has been placed. Then, depending on where the customer is located, our courier will handle the shipping of your new Nerdiverse order straight to your door. See shipping rates and estimated delivery timing below:

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Refund and Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

 Return shipping costs are not covered on the basis of change of mind or exchange. Please contact us directly for any returns queries.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).



If you need to return an item, simply contact us directly and we can organise the returns process. We issue a return slip with every order that you can attach to the packaging of the product when returning it to us. Please be aware that we will only process a returns order when we have been contacted. We will not issue an exchange or refund to any order that has not received a Return Confirmation email. The return slip issued with all orders is to facilitate a return or exchange of an order after the return has been confirmed through contacting us.

Please contact contact us directly to organise the reurn of your order. Providing the return is within the 30-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return confirmation email.

What do I do if I lose my return note?

If you lose your return slip, we can send a new return note to you by email and you can simply print off a new one. If you can’t find this email, please get in touch and ask for it to be resent to you.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and contact us with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached. Return shipping costs are not covered on the basis of change of mind or exchange. Please contact us directly for any returns queries.

 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on your location or transport method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by confirmation email.
